The latest additions to the sumptuous collection, inspired by Coco Chanel, will be highlighted in the Christopher Guy showroom located in the Swaim Design Center, 418 South Wrenn Street, High Point, North Carolina, 27260.

Christopher Guy designs, notable for their rare combination of elegance, invention, and sophistication, are destined to become the antiques of our time. The Mademoiselle Collection internationalizes Parisian chic for the 21st Century, showing off the famous silhouettes and craftsmanship of Christopher Guy. New additions to the Mademoiselle collection are beautifully crafted from mahogany and feature rich natural fabrics which complete the glamorous, sexy profile.

Selections from the expanded Mademoiselle Collection on view in the Christopher Guy showroom during market will include: an oval banquette, “Jardin des Tuileries” (60–0358), featuring beautifully detailed, hand carved mahogany Camellias and a gently curved back; The “Niemeyer” (76–0217), a breakfast or center table, made from solid mahogany with a tempered glass top; and an elegant new sectional (60–0381), the swank style of the collection. Additional creative works of art (46–0393, 46–0382, 46–0391, and 46–0392) will also be on display.

In June 2013, Christopher Guy launched the first phase of its new website featuring a Beta software release of iBuild, a prelude to a design suite of interactive applications to be launched in January under the title iDesign. This groundbreaking software has taken Christopher and his team of in–house software engineers three years to develop, featuring unique tools for interior designers that allow them to create detailed visual presentations, inspired by 1920’s designer mood–boards. With iBuild, users can see their projects come to life in a digital hand–sketched technique form. These tools are ideal for interior designers and sophisticated homeowners who will be able to interact with the new website to add their personal creativity to a residential or commercial layout.

“These past 20 years since I started designing and manufacturing furnishings, have seen many changes in the market, and today companies need to be nimble to adapt to new sales trends. We maintain a dedicated team of twenty highly skilled engineers for our website and systems development, both of which are essential for our continued growth. It’s no longer enough to be just a furniture company, because although we are vertically integrated, with all the design and manufacturing conducted in–house, I see ourselves equally as a marketing company whose role is to find the best means of selling our wares globally,” says Founder and CEO, Christopher Guy Harrison.

“I never thought that I would become a software designer, but having built the business through each stage, I saw what was missing in our global industry, and so over the past three years I set out with my team to create a new design suite called iDesign. There is currently a Beta version available on our website under the tab iBuild, awaiting the launch of full suite in January. This will be housed within a major website update that includes over 300 new designs to be introduced simultaneously into Mademoiselle Collection. I plan to continue our global investment in manufacturing, showroom innovations and digital tools, in a continued drive for excellence.”
