Caroline Graham

Appointed by Conde Nast Publications as their second west coast editor, Caroline Graham's experience in media is unique. Prior to working with Conde Nast Publications she was a prominent newspaper columnist and director of the Monaco Government Tourist Office.

Over fourteen years as West Coast Editor of both Vanity Fair and The New Yorker, Caroline was responsible for building relationships with Hollywood and producing photo shoots with some of the great photographers including Richard Avedon and Helmut Newton. Both magazines flourished and won numerous National Magazine Awards during her tenure. Caroline was also responsible for groundbreaking events both magazines became famous for, including the Vanity Fair Oscar party.

Prior to founding C4 in 2002, Caroline took on a new challenge as a veteran West Coast Editor and helped develop the launch of Talk Magazine, a media joint venture with Miramax Films and Hearst Publishing.  From 2002 to 2009 Caroline was a contributing editor at Architectural Digest.

After 30 years in journalism, Caroline's relationships and media experience reach into all areas of the entertainment and business communities, giving her access to the most prominent cultural, entertainment, business and media figures. Caroline lives in Santa Monica with her parrot, turtles, dogs and cat.


Charles Windisch-Graetz

As Advertising Director of Miramax Talk Media, a Miramax/Hearst joint venture, and prior to that The New Yorker, Charlie helped develop strategic marketing and advertising programs for clients such as Nike, Toyota, Honda, Paramount and Sony to name a few.

Prior to founding C4, Charlie headed business development for pioneering luxury portal style365.com, where he was responsible for working with numerous Fortune 500 companies in their first online marketing efforts. While working with Caroline at both The New Yorker and Talk a synergy began to emerge fusing Caroline's media experience and Charlie's marketing and sales background. A graduate of St. Marks School and the University of Southern California, he lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children.
